Product Description
DIAPOL S903 is a nonstaining Cold SBR Carbon Black Masterbatch containing 100 parts of SBR-1502 base polymer which is prepared with mixed acid emulsifier, 90 parts of N330 black, 30 parts of naphthenic oil and nonstaining antioxidant stabilizer.
The characteristics of DIAPOL S903 are due to its high carbon black loading. This black Masterbatch is mainly used for non-tire fields, such as belting, hose, footwear and other mechanical goods.
Special applications for this black Masterbatch include production of various compounds requiring high hardness. Also DIAPOL S903 is readily blended with other clear polymers such as NR, SBR, CR, NBR and EPDM etc., without the use of additional carbon black.
