BT Resin is a high heat resistant thermosetting
resin of the additional polymerization type with two main components
B (Bismaleimide) and T (Triazine Resin).
It is a new product originally invented by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical
Co., Ltd.
Features of BT Resin
Cured BT Resin Features:
(1) High heat resistance (Glass transition temperatures: 225~330°C)
(2) Excellent long-term resistance of 160~230°C
(3) Excellent thermal shock resistance
(4) Lower dielectric constant and dissipation factor
(5) High Cu ion migration resistance
(6) Excellent mechanical properties
(7) Excellent chemical resistance
(8) Excellent abrasion resistance
BT Resin can be easily modified by adding several resins and additives.
